LZ Desktop
Large Zoomable Desktop is a zoomable canvas where you can organize files, web links, notes, images, and other stuff — basically a big digital workspace you can arrange however you like.
There’s a video demo — watching just the first 10 minutes should give you a good idea of what it does. The rest is a more detailed tutorial in case you want to dive in.
It’s free, available for Windows and MacOS, and doesn’t require registration.

Some things might be broken or missing. On Windows, the app isn’t signed yet, so you’ll get a security warning when installing or opening it for the first time. That’s expected — just click “More info” → “Run anyway”.

Static Web Publisher (WordPress plugin)
If you have a WordPress website, you can publish it on Web 1.1 using this plugin.
To install it go to your WordPress dashboard. Then go to Plugins>Add New Plugin. In the search box type “Static Web Publisher”.

LZ Desktop Helper (Chrome extension)
This extension is a companion to the LZ Desktop app.
With it, you can send links, images, and static documents (HDOCs) directly to your zoomable desktop.
It also detects RSS feeds on webpages.
Additionally, the extension prevents duplicate tabs when opening links from external apps. This lets you use LZ Desktop to navigate your existing tabs instead of creating a new one every time you open a link.
